What We Do

Impacting
Communities

The Conservation Hub

The establishment of our Conservation Hub will be the beating heart of our work, bringing together conservation, community, and collaboration under one roof.

The Hub will serve as:

1

A Research Centre

We will monitor climate change, conduct scientific research and work with stakeholders to reverse deforestation, enhance water sustainability and improve wildlife conservation efforts. Our impact will be increased forest cover, nature awareness and healthy wildlife populations.

2

A Place for Capacity Building

We will have a broad reach by
purposefully targeting marginalised communities to develop technical capacities. Retain, or provide a link to, work and study opportunities beyond Marsabit. Our impact will be the reduction of unemployment and poverty.

3

A Space to
Promote Harmony

We will convene communities to address conflict issues, promote peace, good governance & enhance inter-tribal relations. We will be a resource for communities needing specialists to solve human-wildlife conflicts.

4

A Home for Nature Awareness

Running educational campaigns and interactive programs to inspire a deeper connection with the environment.
